At Sugar ‘n Spice, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our baked goods and aim to provide you with delightful treats that exceed your expectations. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have established the following Refunds and Returns policy:

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that all our baked goods are made with the highest quality ingredients and craftsmanship. If you receive an order that does not meet our quality standards or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order.
We may request relevant information or images to evaluate the issue. If we determine that the issue is valid and falls within our refund criteria, we will process a refund for the affected items.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approving the refund request. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns for items that have been delivered in good condition.
In case an order arrives in an unsatisfactory or damaged condition, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order. We require all relevant information and images to assess the issue before suitable action.

If you have chosen to personally collect your ordered goods and encounter any damage during the transit process, Sugar ‘n Spice shall not assume liability for such occurrences. We kindly advise that you meticulously adhere to the provided cake care guidelines, which are available on your order and accompanying sticker. Please be attentive to these instructions for the safeguarding of your product.
If a return is authorized, we will issue a refund, based on your preference and our assessment of the situation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible before the scheduled delivery date. In instances of cancellations occurring within a time frame less than 30 days preceding the scheduled event date, a cancellation fee of 30% shall be levied. Cancellations made 32 days or more prior to the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 15%.
Customized or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once they are in production.
